The potluck supper will be changed to Sunday, March 12 at the Wilding-White home in Lee. The event, to begin at 5:00, will be restricted to members. An email invitation will be sent.

The Frank Rhodes event on June 4 will be a cocktail reception at 3:30 held at the Taggart House in Stockbridge. Cost will be $30 for members and $40 for nonmembers. Kathy will apply for a Cornell Alumni Federation Grant to subsidize the cost of inviting local guidance counselors to the event.

The Annual Meeting will be a brunch on August 27. Board members are contacting Dreamaway Lodge, Jack's Country Grill, The Old Mill, Eastover, Bellvoure, Ventfort Hall, Lenox Community Center and Inn on the Green to check on availability and options.

CAAAN

Ten students from Berkshire County have requested Cornell applications. Board members took responsibility for contacting each applicant and filing an alumni report.

Dawn agreed to work with Joan Ury on an outreach program to local guidance counselors. Shara will check if she can send information packets, posters, and the like.

Phil has designated donation funds to supply hooded sweatshirts for deserving juniors in Columbia, Green and Berkshire County high schools. Shara suggests that the grant to the Alumni Federation include the cost of the sweatshirts.

The next meeting will be Thursday, March 9 at 7: at Hilda's home.

Respectfully submitted,
