Board Meeting Minutes
Opening BusinessMinutes from the Nov. 4 board meeting were approved. The current account balance is $3057.48. The scholarship committee is looking at awarding a scholarship this spring from our funds. We are not currently working on an endowment. Tiffany Wilding-White has agreed to co-chair the CAAAN committee with Elizabeth Young Programming ReportLaurie Schwartz, Fran Rubenstein and Kim Bixler met with Hilda Levine to develop a calendar of events for the upcoming year. After much brainstorming and discussion with the board, the following events are being planned for 2005.
The programming committee was praised for their excellent work. The recent book discussion group was enjoyed and the opportunity to attend hockey games with the Albany club was appreciated. AnnouncementsKim announced that she and her family will be moving to California in the next few months. She was thanked for all of her contributions and will be greatly missed. The committee wished her the best in her new home. The next board meeting will be Tuesday, February 15 at 7:15 at Toby Levine's house. Respectfully submitted, |
